Celebration

Today's card is created using the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches #336 and the beautiful digi stamp is from one of my favorite artists Ching-Chou Kuik called New Years Celebration. Colored with copics and stickles on the fireworks. Added some older flowers from my stash and my new favorite is cutting my own embellishments out on my cricut explore.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

wishing you a fabulous birthday

Happy birthday for one of my newest friends! She has rented a local ski hill for a night and invited our family to join in the fun. I love having a night out with friends and not having to worry about where the kids are for the night. We are packing up our toboggans, gt racers and ski's. Such a great idea for a winter birthday. I've whipped up this card for her using the CAS(E) this Sketch!CTS156. Also entering over at One Crazy Stamper - Anything goes.

Supplies used:
Distress Inks peacock feathers and wilted violet
Unity Stamps (August 2011 kit of the month)
Verve Stamps (Birthday Suprise)
Spellbinders (Labels and Tags)
Prima Say it with crystals
CTMH Bitty Sparkles
Celebrate it ribbon

Cheers

Our youngest nephew is turning 18 this March. Where or where did all the time go? I remember going to the hospital to see him hours after he was born. When I saw the sketch over at Freshly Made this morning I knew it would be perfect for a guy card. Here's what I created:

My goal for 2016 is to use up some supplies that I have been collecting. For this card I used some new and old stuff.
New: embossing folders from Tim Holtz
Old: snippets of lagoon, grey and shiny silver paper. Two dies that haven't been used, gems, metal roman numeral 18 and black wink of stella on the "cheers"

Just for fun here's a close up.

I would love to enter this card into this weeks Pixie Playground #210 and Freshly Made Sketches.

December Create and Learn

The December Create and Learn over at Kit and Clowder used the digi stamp from The East Wind called Harbour Bridge.

This was my favorite Create and Learn to do so far (I've done them all since April/May) So many techniques were taught during this class that I was eager to learn. The fireworks, sequin dress and bag, cement, the bridge, water, reflection. Oh it was just so fun.

Here's my take on the class. This will be going on my January 12x12 Calender in my kitchen. Happy New Year!

November Create and Learn

November Create and Learn over at Kit and Clowder used the digi stamp from Tiddly Inks called Warm Christmas Wishes. Here's my take on it.
