Tuesday Morning Sketches #349

Good Morning!

It's Tuesday and are you ready for a super fun sketch? Here it is... Tuesday Morning Sketches #349

When I saw this sketch so many idea popped into my head! Gears, Stars, Hearts, etc. I settled on creating a fun shaker card for you today. I hope you like it as much as my little guy does. We had fun creating it together.

I finally got to use the dirt I bought months ago. Elements makes some great earthy bits and pieces. This one has dark brown bits with gold glitter. Perfect stuff for a loader shaker card for a boy. I used Stampin Up I dig you stamp set, Tim Holtz plate embossing folder, Tim Holtz Scribbles and Splat die, Lagoon ink from CTMH, clear acetate from an old Cricut Container.

It's been so cold and dreary lately I wasn't able to get a great photo of this card. I really apologize for that. Hopefully next week is nicer.

Tuesday Morning Sketches #348

Good Morning TMS friends!  Thank you for joining us for another sketch challenge.  Our sketch this week is another fantastic one from Debbie.

Here's the sketch...

My son was invited to his very first friend birthday party with out his big sister. The birthday boy shares the same name as my son which I thought was pretty special. The theme of the party was Disney Cars and the birthday boy loves Lighting McQueen. I created this card using EK Success paper called McQueen Color Block. It's a glossy paper with the blocks on one side and checker flag on the back. Quickly embossed some arrows on red recollections paper, double mounted the image and pop dotted it up. Added some black twine from CTMH and triangle studs to finish it off.

Please come join us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Our sponsor this week is Patti and she's offering the cutest stamp set to one randomly drawn winner.  This is a CTMH stamp set  called Balloon Animals.  This one would be so fun to play with.

Tuesday Morning Sketches #347

Good Morning,
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. Tuesday Morning Sketches is up and I just have to say I had so much fun with this sketch.

We have another fabulous new sponsor this week Lacey Sunshine Stamps
There are so many wonderful digi's in the store, please click the link above to see for your self.

My card is featuring Rory - Wild about you. As soon as I saw this wild girl I knew I needed to dig out some animal paper that I have been hoarding for a special friend who turns 7 in July. She is one of my daughters best friends this year and she just loves all sorts of animal prints. I'm so happy how this card turned out and now I just need to put it in a "special" spot until July. I'm notorious for loosing things. This one is going in the card bin so I shouldn't lose it.

Now that you've seen my card, it's time to see the rest of the fabulous design team created for today.

I would love to enter this card into the following challenges

Guest Designer post for Personal Touch Scrapbooking

Good Morning!
Recently I was asked to be a guest designer for my friend Chelsey Vorosmarty at Personal Touch Scrapbooking. I was thrilled and nervous all at the same time. Chelsey is an amazing teacher! Everything from scrapbooking, cards, mixed media and Copics. If you are in Central Alberta I highly recommend attending any of the classes she offers.

My first project to share with you today is a pocket letter. This is my first pocket letter and I am hooked! I will be swapping more of these in the future.
